新強光電所發展的超高功率 30瓦的光引擎，使用其獨有專利技術所封裝的NeoPac Emitter，尺寸僅有14.1x14.1mm。以1安培的電流驅動時，歸功於先進的熱處理技術，其系統熱阻僅有1.17°C/W(LED結點到環境溫 度)。利用此技術發展的LED光引擎能在超高功率、高密度下產出極高光通量同時還能維持低結點溫度(60°C)，因此能確保LED燈具的效能與耐久性。
