assessment. Common state are: (1) failure to lumen output and luminous
efficiency of the subject matter indicated clearly that the efficiency
of the LED light source for the LED light bulb planting false or lamps
or efficiency. (2) By reducing the LED lamp input power to achieve
energy-saving effect, but light output was lower than the traditional
light sources, light source replacement does not meet the basic
requirements. (3) The vendor product labeled inaccurate information or
the lack of a clear description of the high measured performance
measurement information and exaggerated.
