Heat source can not be exported will affect the LED luminous efficiency. 70% of the LED because of the high junction temperature and failure, LED product life cycle, Leung degree, product stability and other metropolis with the junction temperature has increased and failure. When the LED heat can not be effectively exported, will result in LED junction temperature (Junction Temperature) increase, followed affected will be the attenuation of light output efficiency.
