decline: If the LED chip temperatures in excess of the carrying
temperature, This will enable LED luminous efficiency of rapid
decrease, resulting in a clear light decline, and cause permanent
damage to the LED; if LED operating current than the chip saturation
current, LED luminous efficiency will drop rapidly, and create a
noticeable decline of light . and the LED can be contained in
temperature and saturation current have a certain relationship, a good
cooling device can make more LED operating temperature is relatively
lower, saturation current can be larger, LED also can be relatively
large currents at work.
