past AlGaInP the LED, the substrate materials used for the GaAs, ran a
black surface of the pn junction GaAs so that half of the light emitted
was blocked absorbed, resulting in a waste of light, so do use a
transparent GaP substrate material. Another example is Japan's Nichia
Chemical Industries (Nichia) in GaN The LED in the p-type electrode (p
type) made part of the reticulate-like (Mesh Pattern), in order to
increase the transparency of the p pole to reduce obstacles and
increase the optical light flux. |
