As the LED package structure can not be directly measured chip temperature, so only in an indirect way to obtain. Generally the most commonly used method for measuring 2 through the diode forward-bias voltage (Forward Voltage) and the temperature of the connections between the known temperature sensitivity coefficient (Temperature Sensitive Parameter; TSP), as shown in Figure 3.
