Interference phenomenon is unique to the
characteristics of fluctuations, if the light is really a wave, is bound
to observe the phenomenon of light interference. In 1801, the British
physicist Thomas Young (1773-1829) in the laboratory successfully
observed the optical interference.
Two or several columns light waves meet each other in space,
superposition, and in some regions has always been strengthened, in some
other regions are always weakened the strength of the distribution to
form a stable phenomenon.
