LED encapsulation is to provide the LED
chip electricity, light, heat on the necessary support. For example,
prolonged exposure to semiconductor components in the atmosphere will
be subject to moisture or other environmental effects of chemicals in
the aging, resulting in characteristic recession. Use a highly
transparent epoxy resin-coated light-emitting diodes, is an effective
method of isolation from the atmosphere. In addition the types of

components, so that LED's reliability has increased significantly.

reliable LED substrate.
