LED as a whole heat, while not high, but converted into heat per unit volume, they were far more than other light sources. Heat transfer paths can be divided into three kinds of patterns, namely, heat conduction transfer (conduction heat transfer), convection heat transfer (convection heat transfer), thermal radiation transfer (radiation heat transfer). LED the way for the three kinds of heat conduction dependence vary considerably.
