LED heat dissipation substrate is mainly used its thermal substrate material itself has better thermal conductivity, the heat derived from the LED die. Therefore, we describe the way heat from the LED can be broken down two categories of LED heat dissipation substrate, respectively (1) LED die substrate and (2) system circuit board, these two different heat by carrying the LED crystal substrates, respectively tablets with the LED die emitting LED chips will be produced during the heat through the LED die to the cooling system circuit board substrate and then absorbed by the atmospheric environment in order to achieve the bulk of the effect of heat.
